This is the Arley by Watters collection, it's a stunning ivory gown with buttons all the way done the back, sweetheart neckline that takes shape of a bow without being a full bow, and stunning embroidery floral details to give it a classic look. It is untouched and still in the bag as it came in (US 14-16 on average and can easily be taken in without ruining structure of dress)
