Brand new, never worn. I bought this as a reception dress in case my other dress got dirty/rained on etc but I never ended up needing it. The skirt is fun to twirl in, kind of wish I got to dance in it! Detachable spaghetti straps included, as is stretch tulle bolero. I hope someone gets to enjoy this dress!!!
