Vintage Ivory Silk Drop-Waist Gown – Early 1990s – US 2

A rare and beautifully constructed vintage silk gown, likely from the early 1990s. The silhouette is classic and architectural: a softly scooped neckline with delicate straps, a fitted corset-style bodice, and a dramatic drop waist that opens into a full, gathered skirt with sweeping volume.

The fabric is real silk with a luminous ivory, off-white tone that catches light beautifully. The quality is exceptional — substantial yet fluid, with the kind of structure and drape that feels unmistakably couture-level vintage.

There is an interior AMSALE tag; however, I have not been able to verify the exact model, so authenticity is not guaranteed. Purchased from a reputable vintage collector.

I absolutely love this gown and intended to wear it, but it is slightly too small for me. It will best fit a true US size 2 (XS). Please review measurements carefully if available.
