Wearing this dress with its dramatic ball gown style made me feel like a princess on my wedding day. The drop waist style was especially flattering. And the Mikado fabric photographs beautifully. The high slit is a nice touch for fun photographs and the pockets came in clutch for stashing my vows.

I tried this dress on at my local Anthropologie store and ended up ordering both this dress and the Watters Clean Chapel Single-Layer Veil. I will include the veil together with the dress. I paid full price for dress and veil in November 2025 (including taxes) for a total of $3175.19. I spent another $800 on tailoring but all they did was take in the chest by half an inch and hem the front. I also spent another $250 on dry cleaning.

I wore the dress only once for my microwedding. Because we had such a tiny wedding for just 15 people I wore it for only a few hours and then immediately dry cleaned. I loved the dress so much and would love to see someone else be able to wear this dress and enjoy it as much as I did!
