Brand new, never worn, and never altered. The dress comes with the belt that you see in the photos. The dress is sold out almost everywhere in every size, and it is the same dress Olivia Culpo wore to her town hall wedding.
It looks like a two-piece but it's one dress. The skirt has an elastic band (although you can't see it since the top covers it.) It's so stunning in person. I originally bought it to wear to my town hall wedding but changed my mind.
