The Dress

Firstly, if you a viewing my dress - congratulations on your engagement!

I am selling my custom designed Steven Khalil wedding dress (worn on the 3rd of December 2016). I have been debating with myself whether to sell it or not, however I decided to let it go to make another brides dream come true!

It is a 8 layer ballerina tulle, ball gown dress with a slight petticoat sewn in for volume. The beaded lace chosen for the bodice is the last of it's kind so it's truly a rare dress. The bodice also has pearls and 3D flowers hand stitched all through, which cascade down to the tulle.

I wore both Christian Louboutin Decollete (10cm) and YSL Tributes (14cm) heels on the day and they both worked fine. I preferred the feel of the YSL as they were more comfortable.

I would like to urge all potential buyers to measure themselves carefully - especially the waist, as my waist is smaller than a standard size 6. I would compare my waist more to a size 4.

The dress has not been dry-cleaned, it has been sitting in storage at my parents home on my behalf as I have re-located overseas. As shown in the updated photos the stains are from a spray tan, predominately near the underarm area and also the back panel. I believe the HUGE reduction will assist the future bride in professional dry-cleaning costs and also alterations (and shipping costs, if need be).

I am no longer open to brides trying it on as I want to prevent any further damage to the gown. The first person to transfer the full funds will be able to pick up the gown, as is from Sydney CBD.
