The Dress

This gorgeous fit and flare wedding dress is so stunning and flattering to wear and will definitely make a statement on your wedding day and in your wedding photos. If you're looking for something simple yet elegant, this could be it. Adding a belt can really bring that extra wow factor.

Despite the fluffy train, the dress does not feel too heavy when worn and feels very secure due to an inner belt built into the bodice. For anyone uncertain about strapless dresses (as I usually am), the inner belt takes care of that too.

Even after professional cleaning, there is still a small gray smudge near the hemline in one area (which you can see in one of the pictures), but it's really not that noticeable unless you're looking closely for it (just mentioning for full disclosure).

Alterations

I had the dress professionally altered to a smaller size (approximately 33" bust, 27" waist, 38" hips), and got it hemmed to a height of 5'2" + 4" heels for total height of 5'6". I also had a French bustle put in (you tie a series of coordinated numbered ribbons to bustle it).
