The Dress

Beautiful Wedding gown from Wendy Sullivan's 2015 Brides Desire collection, as seen at the 2015 Mercedes Fashion Festival in Brisbane (see runway pic).

Purchased in November last year for $3485. I felt amazing in it at my wedding, and it's now just waiting to make another bride feel as glamorous as I did! The gown is clean & in fabulous ready to wear condition.

This gorgeous gown is so much more beautiful than the pictures can portray, but I will try...

Ivory, floor length A line style with a soft modest train. The neckline is a strapless sweetheart, with the bodice corseted to the hip, from where the multiple layers of fabric softly drape.

Full satin lining keeps it soft against the skin, while the double layering of mixed laces over a softly sequinned underlay create a delicate shimmer on movement. The intricate embroidered beading on the textured laces add depth. It's exquisite workmanship actually becomes more impressive each time you admire it, and when seen in different lights.

Romantic & feminine, with a classically elegant feel, this design would look just as fitting in a church as it would on a beach.

. I found it very comfortable and this style creates a very flattering silhouette.

The hem has not been altered, and was the perfect length for me (I am 168cm tall).

Bust/bodice - 36-43cm (adjustable)

Hip/waist - 50cm

Length (incl train) - 172cm

Length (front; bodice to hem) - 144cm

Tie length - 608cm (tucks inside dress once laced up)

This truly is a gorgeous gown which will make you feel incredibly glamorous on your special day.

Purchased as a size 12, the modesty panel (the fabric behind the lace up back) was expanded enabling it to fit me (16-18) & then boned to maintain it's form. A longer lace up tie was also made. As such, this gown will fit every size & shape between a 12-18.
