Made to order by Maria Chiodo in 2012.
It has a detailed lace bodice with attached silk ribbon and full tulle skirt. No hoop required.
It is in excellent condition - it has been kept in the box and tissue paper from the dry cleaners since 2012.
The tulle straps were removable and DO NOT come with the dress.
I am 5'10 and wore it with flat shoes.
