The Dress

This is a gorgeous and very unique ivory and watercolour custom made Kathryn Bass Bridal ball gown worn once at my wedding in Italy, September 2016. It is made of silk Tulle and ivory fabric and includes a custom hoop skirt for extra fullness. It is hard to see in the photos since it is so subtle, but in the base layers of fabric there are 3 very very light colours of custom died silk tulle to create a watercolour effect - light pink, light purple and light blue. The top layers are ivory silk tulle and cover the layers so you can only see them in various lighting and when you walk.

The top is a structured sweetheart neckline with custom padding added for extra "oomph" for the girls if you know what I mean :) The waist has a sewn in silk tulle ivory band and the back of the band is a large silk tulle bow that can be removed.

This dress is stunning and looks wonderful in all lighting - even inside. I wanted something extra special and unique that would stand out and make my look different than all other ballgowns. This is a totally custom and unique design - I worked with the designers at Kathryn Bass to create this dress that no one else has.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned, and in addition to the custom hoop skirt, comes with a long ivory clipped veil made of silk tulle to match the dress.

**Because this dress is custom, the sizing is not exact to street or dress sizing. I wear a size 9/10 in clothing and I am 5'9" tall. My measurements taken for this dress are 41in bust (widest part), 31 natural waist, 41 in hips (widest part) although the hips do not matter much in this dress as it is so wide. This dress can be altered to suit by any professional alteration company.
