The Dress
I love my wedding dress, but now it's time to give it a new home. I'm also happy to throw in the veil for free. The dress has been professionally cleaned.
The dress is ivory/champagne in terms of colour (I wanted to go for a classic look), and covered in lace (see photos 4 and 5 for the lace detail).
The dress has a train, which you can hook up for the evening.
I had the dress altered to add more shape to the skirt (moving in more of a mermaid direction - the dress was originally A line) and the length was taken up a little (I'm just under 5"4 and wearing 3.7 inch heels)
The measurements of the dress are:
Bust: 35 (I'm a 32DD cup size)
Waist: 28.5
Hip: 38.5
Heel height: 3.7 inches
We had a vigorous ceilidh in the evening - I had to hold the dress up to dance as it's floor length, and that made the spinning around a little tricky. It should be fine for a disco.
