The Dress

This dress is a unique, delicate, feminine and yet extremely comfortable, light and wearable. The dress is made up of 3 main pieces, all ‘tied’ together with a simple silk sash creating an elegant, and understated, bow at the back of the dress as a finishing touch.

Four piece dress consists of:
- Babushka Ballerina Chloe Top (Lace is a pollster with tulle blend) (new - $399.95) (size Small) (now discontinued due to lace design no longer being made)
- Babushka Ballerina Sweetheart Bodice (delusted satin for Bodice) (new - $299.95) (size small)
- Babushka ballerina Amelia Skirt (4cm waist band - Polyester chiffon, light satin lining) (new - $999.00) (size Medium)
- Silk sash is 2.5cm wide and 230cm long (valued new - $200.00)

The illusion tulle neckline and scalloped lace edges on the Chloe top provides a romantic and gentle touch, whilst also allowing the Bride to gently show off her décolletage. The Sweetheart bodice underneath the lace Chloe top helps to define the Bride’s figure, providing gentle structure and posture support, whilst also giving the Bride a second dress option for her big day. The dress can be worn with or without the lace top, or interchanged throughout the Brides big day. Both extremely comfortable, I was able to enjoy my big day, eat a 3 course meal and dance the night away (approx. 10 hours spend in the dress and not one discomfort!!).

The Amelia skirt is extremely light, falling perfectly off the waist and giving a beautiful A line silhouette. The skirt has a small train, which is the perfect length for elegance and dancing all in one!

The skirt and top option is perfect for a Bride with smaller waistline and potentially longer torso.

My measurements are:
- Waist: 71cm
- Bust: 88cm
- Hips: 107cm

I am 170cm tall and wore flat sandals on my wedding day. Room available for a slightly bigger bust. Would fit ladies size 10 - 12.

All pieces of the dress are adjustable.

All items have been professionally dry cleaned.

As the dress has been worn, and loved, there are a couple of tiny holes at the bottom of the chiffon skirt, primarily at the back in the small train. Over the top of the silk overlay though, these are unnoticeable. Happy to provide pictures of these holes – they are so tiny they took me a while to find!).

Both the Chloe Lace Top and Amelia Skirt have now been discontinued from the Babushka Ballerina (Brisbane) to ensure products remain unique. You won’t find this dress combination brand new.
