The Dress

Vintage inspired lace wedding dress, the “Lilah”. Made of 100% ivory cotton crochet lace. The front has a high neckline gliding just past the collarbones. Cap sleeves are left unlined to contrast with a hint of skin. Silhouette is fitted throughout the bodice and flares just above the knee into a cascading crochet train. Low back lined with a crochet lace scalloped trim. Hidden zip and clasp are located under the exposed back for ease of dressing. Lined with a matte satin liner.

This is a really easy and comfortable gown to wear. Not too much weight which is great . I got married in the summer and it was breathable and comfortable to wear. I tried many dresses on with this one I felt the best in. I liked the cap sleeves with the low back and high neck for some thing different. It was something I hadn't seen before and new not many were around. The vintage lace was beautiful and made for beautiful photos on the day.

Dress includes a vale which I got handmade to match the colour of the dress. Extra long vale so it can be made sorter if needed. It has a hair comb which is easy to put in hair.
My dress maker added in a bustle to the dress to clip the train up for dancing that night.
Dress has been dry cleaned and comes with Daughter Of Simone bag.
I felt amazing in this dress and I would love someone to feel the same on their wedding day. This dress is hard to come by as it is from New York. Happy if you would like to try on.
I am 157cm and wore 7cm heels with the dress. Dress is size 6/8 AU and true to size. If you are little with height and size this dress will be perfect. It was the only dress that fit me perfectly everywhere with minimal alterations.
