Brand new with tags. Never worn. No alterations, stains, snags, or rips that I can see as it has only been out of the bag a couple of times to really take pictures. Bought in 2015 and has been hanging in its original bag from the dress store in a clean, non-smoking house since. I am about 110lbs with the above measurements and the dress fits me snug, but the bust is very forgiving (my bra size is a 34B and the bust is way too big for me).
