The Dress

Dear future brides,

The dress is a size 8 and is a Sarah Joseph Couture gown (the Mirissa)The designer is Australian and the dress was designed and made in Australia.

The dress has a lace bodice with nude underlay. The dress hugs your hips giving a very feminine silhouette. From the bottom of your hips, a mermaid chiffon skirt flows to the floor, giving the dress a beautiful flowing train. The back sits low and is done up with beautiful buttons.

This dress was everything I dreamed a wedding dress would be. The dress was so comfortable and flattering. I felt very beautiful on my wedding day.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned.

I will also include my veil with the dress. It was handmade on the Mornington Peninsula.

The dress has had $680 worth of alterations. The dress was originally a corset style at the front but was altered to be a V neck with a plunging neck line, made elegant with chiffon across the bust line. I have a D cup size bust, so needed the dress to fit my bust. The bust would fit a C to a DD cup. The hem has been altered and there had been a bussel added at the back. There is a small hole in the chiffon at the back were the bussel attaches. Otherwise the dress is in great condition.
