The Dress
A timeless wedding gown designed and created by Corston Couture of Surry Hills in 2009.
Made of Champagne silk satin with a corded lace Chantilly overlay also in two tone Champagne*.
Worn and LOVED for my wedding, this dress was a dream to wear, supportive in all the right places but still great to move and dance in.
The dress is column-shaped, with a deep v/neck and back in gorgeous scalloped lace and a sheer lace train. It has elegant satin-covered buttons down the back.
Measurements: Bust (80cm) with optional nude cups, Waist (70cm), Hips (96cm), Length waist to floor in shoes (112cm).
Professionally dry cleaned after the wedding and stored ever since. It feels far too special to sit in storage any longer!
* The Champagne colour, suggested by Coral, seems to be much more flattering for paler skin tones vs white and ivory.
One barely visible light brown mark on the lace overlay towards the dress hem, the size of a 5 cent piece. Very similar colour to the lace itself.
