The Dress
The Alden is a strapless tailored jumpsuit featuring high-waisted contrasting voluminous trousers with afront pleat. It has a fully lined bodice with inner corset for support. The jumpsuit is crafted from a lightweight twill and medium weight stretch crepe knit.
I wanted to find something that was comfortable and fit our alternative and low-key civil union while still being stylish and classy. It fit beautifully with my purple hair and golden accesories and people could not stop complimenting it. It would also work perfect as a second wedding outfit to dance the night away, it is so comfy! I usually wear 36D bras and I didn't need to wear anything underneath. An absolute find!
Alterations
I had the trousers hemmed so that my ankles and shoes would show. The total length of the jumpsuit is 106.7 cm and the trouser part is 85 cm.
