It’s very form fitting and hugs you in all the right places. I was able to wear a skin colored spanx thong and it wasn’t noticeable at all. Granted, it was my wedding day but I got compliments on it all day. It was so beautiful while I was dancing, the beading captured the lights so well. My husband was in awe, he said I looked so sexy but elegant at the same time. I love this dress, I hope you do too!

Alterations

I am 5”5 and did trim the dress to fit my height as well lost about 25 lbs so the size 14 ended up being altered to about a size 10. I weighed 155lbs at the time of my wedding.
