This a beautiful BRAND NEW mermaid dress. It is three layers with boning. I absolutely adore this dress but unfortunately didn't get to wear it on my big day. It is a dream dress. I am 5'8" and was going to wear 3in heels and wouldn't need alterations.

The dress was taken out around the hip area. It can easily be taken back in!
