Ivory underlay then a layer of sparkle to catch everyone’s eye. Dress can be worn with or without a hoop underneath.
Size 10-12 however could be altered to fit smaller or bigger sizes. Absolutely stunning and unique dress, custom made so it’s one of a kind and the only dress out there like this.
