About the Dress

This beautiful Watters ballgown is absolutely stunning! I wore this for both my ceremony and reception everyone just loved it. It even has pockets - the best place to stash my emergency hankie for wiping happy tears! :)
It has been cleaned and is in very good condition. Easy to walk in and very dramatic! This dress was exactly what I wanted and it's hard to part with, but it's very popular on BHLDN and I want someone else to enjoy it as much as I have.

The dress was altered in three small ways:

- I had a (1) point bustle added which allowed for dancing.

- My seamstress added 6 buttons to the back in the exact color of the dress. It looks amazing down as well as bustled.

- I had the bottom of the dress hemmed. (3.5" length was removed.) I am 5'5" and wore 4" heels on my wedding (and found it to be almost slightly too long). I can confidently say if you're 5'6" and wore a 3" heel, there will certainly be no problems with length.

Note: the size is actually a 00, but 00 was not an option on the StillWhite preset sizes. I am typically a size 25 in madewell jeans.

There are two flaws on the bottom INSIDE of the gown - as pictured. The mesh netting that holds the flowing shape is slightly torn in two places. Note these small tears are NOT visible from the outside of the gown and do not affect the way the dress moves, falls, or throws.
