I'm 5"4 but I wore very high heels on my wedding day so probably 5"7 with heels, I'm about 155lbs, between a size 8 and 10, 34D bust, but because of the nature of the corset, it is very accommodating. My pant size is a 29, but I usually wear small and medium top. My suggestion is go try on this dress somewhere and see what your size is. I got measured anywhere from a 10 to a 14 in wedding dress sizes depending on the style of dress. This dress is a 12 - and it fit like a glove! I did not get cups sewn in the dress, but that is something you can do quite easily.
