I am 5"9 and 140lbs. I vary between a 2 and a 4 in USA brands. The bra cups are a 34B, and I did not wear a bra or even tape with my dress. I was very secure, even with a night of dancing! As you can see in one of my pictures, I was testing for my bridesmaids that the dress allowed me to drop low on the dance floor, haha. Really though, the dress is snug all the way to your hips and then becomes the beautiful gown to the ground and beyond. The detail and beading is incredible and it is also a material that does NOT show imperfections, so even after eating a full dinner, I was not worried about the "fully belly" look. I was SO comfortable the whole day. You will not be disappointed - you can be active in it, not self-conscious, and look stunning all at the same time. :)
