About the Dress

A little bit romantic, a little bit whimsical!

This gorgeous dress comprises of an Alencon lace sheath over a royal satin slip,finished with a button over zip closure at the back. Beautiful bead detailing on the shoulders give it a very simple bit of sparkle that finishes the dress off nicely. The train isn't long enough to be a hindrance, but is long enough to look fantastic in the photos. It is a deep V neckline with a low V back - not so super low as to be considered backless but low enough to have the effect of looking stunning.

I bought this dress secondhand last year. The tag on the dress says size 10 - however I am a very curvy and busty 12 while the bride before me was a very tall slim 12 and it looked great on both of us!

I had the dress drycleaned and a small tear in the lace repaired immediately after my wedding (March 2018) and have had it stored carefully in a cool dark place ever since then.

As much as I would love to keep the dress, I feel it doesn't deserve to sit in my closet for the rest of its days! I really hope someone will love it as much as I did, I was so happy and felt like a million bucks when I wore it on the day.
