This classic and elegant gown was purchased new from Raffaele Ciuca in Brunswick and worn once in March 2013. The hemline has not been altered. The bride is 168cm tall and wore 9cm heels, so the dress should suit any height. Originally a size 8, the bodice was taken in slightly. The ivory colour suits most complexions.

You need to see this dress in person to truly appreciate the delicate beauty of the embroidered lace set with sparkling beads. The neckline is a soft sweetheart style with a border of mother of pearl style beading. The back gently slopes downward towards a concealed zip opening in the centre that is bordered by delicate decorative buttons.

Also included with the dress is an ornate crystal belt that has been sewn on at the zip on the waistline for that extra bling. If you prefer to wear the dress without the belt, it would be easy to remove it.

The dress can also be bustled up at the back (button and loop sewn in) for ease of movement at the reception.

This dress offers great support and is very comfortable to wear. Bra cups have been sewn into the lining of the bodice, which also has boning and inner corset straps.

The sheath style of the dress follows the body shape closely to above the knee and then gently flares out into a trumpet shape (not as severe as a fishtail) with a small circular train at the back which will be a feature in your photos.

The dress can be worn with or without a hoop. The purpose of the hoop is to keep the fabric of the dress away from your feet as you walk, making it easier to move around. Although not included in this listing, the hoop is available for purchase if required.
