The Vera Wang Ethel gown is stunning, glamorous and sophisticated. The body of the dress is stretch silk mikado, a lustrous and flattering fabric that doesn't have the harsh glare of satin in flash pictures. The bodice is lightly ruched all around, with a row of buttons above the waist in the back. The mermaid detail is tissue silk organza. This gown is unbelievably flattering and comfortable - it gives a great hourglass figure.

The gown was professionally taken in (but not shortened) by Vera Wang Sydney's preferred seamstress. A bustle was also added by the same seamstress.

The gown is currently being professionally dry cleaned by Vera Wang Sydney's preferred dry cleaners so it can be sent directly to your home for your convenience!

I am 5'6 but wore 6 heels with the gown.

I am a size 6/8 (AU) but the gown can fit one size up or down thanks to the stretch silk mikado!
