This is the 'Ellie' dress from Wendy Makin in a size 8, in the Ivory colour. It's a full lace strapless dress, fitted beautifully at the bust and waist, with a slight fish-tail finish and a beautiful full train.

I'm also happy to add in the matching pure silk ivory sash (bought for $150) that I wore on the day, as seen in the accompanying images, for no extra cost if you're interested.

The alterations to the dress included:
- Slight shortening of the dress
- Taken in slightly at the bust

I wore the dress once at my wedding, and had it dry cleaned at 'Blue and White Dry Cleaners' straight away. Since then it has been stored well in a dry, clean, smoke- and pet-free home.

One thing to note is that at the dry cleaners their tailor attempted to fix two or three of the lace ends popping out once it was cleaned with white thread instead of a more ivory coloured one. I wasn't game enough to try and unpick this myself but it would be very simple for anyone confident with a needle and thread to fix - it's more of something to note then to worry about!

Sold reluctantly as I do love this dress and am extremely sentimental about it, but I promised myself I would sell it on to keep our wedding costs down. This truly is a beautiful dress that I hope absolutely makes your special day even more wonderful like it did mine!
