About the Dress

This incredible masterpiece was custom designed by one of the most prestigious couture designers around, based in Melbourne, J'Aton Couture.

The talented designers took their inspiration from the beautiful Lily of the Valley flower.
Lily of the Valley has the flower meaning of humility, chastity, sweetness, purity and is said to bring luck in love. Created with this in mind mixed with a romantic, elegant and bohemian twist.

This gown is highly detailed and is made completely of silk tulle and beautiful white silk Lily applique and intricate hand beading. Heavily detailed through the sleeves and bodice and slowly softening off towards the thighs and back through the train. The train is 2.5 meters long.
The is an inbuilt bodysuit for comfort and modesty as there is the sheer detailing in areas. There are quite a few layers of tulle to create that whimsical effect.
The sleeves are a cross between a cape and a wide bell sleeve that are attached on the shoulders but then flow freely down the arms.
It has a low back with a simple and sleek bow clipping in at the back of the waist.

When I first saw my completed J'aton gown I was literally lost for words, It was absolute perfection.
My wedding was featured the cover of Hello May issue 22 along with a 7-page spread.

The gown is a size 6-8. I am 164 cm tall and had on 4-inch heels.
The dress is beautiful the way it is but you can definitely alter if you wanted too.
