I tried on 71 dresses before I tried a skirt and top combination. This is a Pronovias skirt named Mimi and Sassi Holford top. The skirt is mikado fabric, both are the same colour and both have buttoned detail down the back to make it look like one dress. It has POCKETS!! Which I had altered in and were so useful from having a lipstick handy and also for lifting the skirt from the inside. It has been dry cleaned and is in brilliant condition. The skirt bustles up for night time and was an absolute dream to wear! I still get comments on it now and people can never believe that it was a skirt and top! I also had some sparkle added to the front of the dress as it just needed a little something, but it can be easy removed.
Alterations
Taken in to fit a 27inch waist and length altered to fit 5ft 3 height with 5 inch heels on. Measurements were: bust - 34.5inches, waist 27 inches and hips 36.5inches
