This dress is brand new.

I paid extra for the neckline to be raised by 2 inches (this can easily be made lower) and also paid for extra length for a slightly longer train.

I also paid extra to get a petticoat added - there are 3 layers.

No alterations to size - The size has not been altered at all and the dress is brand new never been worn.

The reason for the sale is I have decided to go with another dress.
