The stunning 'Alvin' gown was originally part of Rime Arodaky's 2019 'Til Dance Do Us Part' collection, and it now available in her Iconics Collection. It is crafted from tulle embroidered with dainty buds and fluid crepe that skims your figure. It has a low back and fastens with a row of covered buttons at the back of the skirt.

Everything about this dress is incredibly romantic and feminine - the tiny cap sleeves; the high waist; the sheer, bud embroidered tulle bodice and train; the boat neck; the low back; the covered buttons... it felt incredible to wear!

I kept the train and wore that out during the ceremony, but bustled the dress up for the rest of the night.

Dress was hand made in Rime's Paris atelier and is a split size: size 36 FR top and size 40 FR skirt.
So it is perfect for someone who (like me) is different sizes on the top and bottom, or for someone who is a size 36 and would like to alter the skirt to fit you perfectly.

The dress has been beautifully dry cleaned, but there are some light markings on the crepe skirt train that the dry cleaner was unable to remove. (However, luckily the markings are on the underside of the train and even if the underside is visible when bustled, it is covered by the tulle layer!)
