“Your website makes the process really easy and your reach is international- opening up a large buyer pool. However, the process for payment and release of funds should be clarified for sellers before they initiate the process- I had no paypal account and only discovered that was my only option after the dress found a buyer. In the process, Paypal have charged me a huge fee which I could have added onto sale price to cover. Ive yet to clear the funds out of Paypal too so this part of the process is frustrating.”
