The is the Pronovias Dranoe, customized to be strapless with a sweetheart neckline.

From Pronovias' Website: Two dresses in one. Firstly, a dress with mermaid sheath in royal satin, fitted at the waist. Then, a spectacular overskirt also in royal satin, ending in a chapel length train. Both pieces contrast magnificently with a spectacular illusion bodice, where crystal tulle, Chantilly appliques and thread embroidery and gemstones blend into the skin creating a beautiful tattoo effect. A dual-look dress perfect for making you dazzle.

The dress is like new. It was worn once and professionally dry cleaned to be in pristine condition. There is absolutely no damage and no wear.

I have original tags and garment bag from Pronovias. Wearing the skirt and the dress together create a more dramatic statement for the ceremony or photos, if desired. Afterwards, you can remove the skirt for more a more functional and movable outfit in the mermaid gown. It photographs incredibly well!

Alterations

The sleeveless sheer neckline was removed so that the dress is a strapless sweetheart neckline
The buttons that were removed from the top were placed at the waist to extend down the lower back
Soft cups were added and can be removed
The dress and overskirt were hemmed
I am 5'2" and wore 3 inch heels
As you can see in photos, the dress is still long on me and has an additional 1.5-2 inches so I would say the length would work for a total height of around 5’ 6” with shoes
Because of how the overskirt lays, you can get away with the dress being a little shorter than typical and it’ll still look great
