The Dress
Purchased in 2013 from Bridal Exclusives in Portland, Oregon. It is size 8 and no alterations were done to it. I'm only 5'-5" and wore flats with it, but didn't alter the length of the dress. I wore it once for my wedding, then had it professionally dry cleaned and preserved in a preservation box. The box has been stored in a closet in my parent's house on the second floor, away from sunlight.
It is a timeless, romantic, floor-length bubble skirt with a chapel length train. Buttons all down the back (but zipper close). The skirt is satin, the bodice is beaded and lace. There is a satin sash around the middle with satin rose on the left side. The dress is sleeveless, but I chose to wear a lace shrug with it (not included).
It is from a happy marriage, but I want to pass it on to someone who will love it just as much as I do! I don't need to keep storing it forever. It is a beautiful dress and should be worn and loved.
