My measurements:
Bust - 84cm - I had some spare room in the bust and wore the dress with removable cutlets.
Waist - 63cm - It should be easy to have the alterations professionally reversed to increase the waist size again.
Height - 174cm

Alterations

Waist and bust professionally altered to make smaller. Several of the stitches were done to the inside lining only and could easily be removed to make waist slightly larger again.
Straps altered to drape slightly higher on arm.
Length and train not altered.
