Sheer cap sleeves make a ladylike finishing touch for this ballgown's floral appliqué bodice. An open back and ethereal tulle skirt complete the look. The dress was professionally cleaned and the outer tulle came clean but the inside lining did not come all the way clean, as pictured. A small tear in the cap sleeves, also pictured.
