Alterations
- Paislee straps were handmade and attached
- Can easily be removed
- I wore these straps off-the-shoulder for the ceremony and then pulled them up on top of my shoulders with some fabric tape for the reception to allow more arm movement for dancing!
- The top was taken in to accommodate a smaller chest size
- The bottom layers were all hemmed up to accommodate height
- I am 5'2 and wore flats
- The dress was still very long and could easily work full length with someone as tall as 5'4
- The two hearts are simply hand stitched on top of the dress and can easily be removed
- The blue heart was to represent my father and the red heart inside the dress to represent my husband being closest to my heart
