I loved wearing this Claire Pettibone dress! It is really light and comfortable to wear. The detail is draped olive branch embroidery with platinum silk and jewelled guipure vine embellishments.

The silk in the original design was ivory but when my dress was made I requested platinum which is more of a champagne colour. It's a warmer colour than the ivory which I found too bright. If you want to look up the original version and see more images, it's online here:

The dress is a size 10 and I had it taken in a little at the bust and some cups added for extra lift, but they can be removed if necessary. (I normally wear size 10D bra).

I'm 5'8 and chose to wear flat shoes, I didn't need to alter the length.

I also had a hook added for a bustle for the short train and it was perfect for dancing!
