About the Dress

Beautiful silk Caroline Castigliano Hepburn gown with layers of silk tulle and netting underskirts. It also has little belt with bow at the waist which can be removed.
My daughter bought this dress on line from the person you see in the photos. It has been used once as my daughter did not get married. The original price for the gown, we were told, was about £3,000. we paid £800. I am willing to go to £550 including postage.
The dress has been professionally cleaned by Terrington Burchett, specialist bridal gown cleaners. Though there are still some faint marks on the inside of the bottom hem, which is unnoticeable. The waistband of the dress has been taken in as I think it must have been a size 10 and the bride lost weight. It could be let out again. There is a slight tear on a bit of inside netting, near the waist, which is unnoticeable
It comes with a matching silk veil, as see in then pics.
My daughter is 5'4" and the length is to the floor. I don't know the exact measurements of the bust. The waist measures 24" with a couple of inches that can be let out.The length is 60" from the shoulder to the floor.
If you live locally I am willing for you to come and try it on, otherwise it is boxed in tissue paper for me to send it to you.
