NWT pale blue tulle gown embellished with beaded stars. I bought this dress and it is lovely, but unfortunately not the right size for me (size is true to the chart I have posted in the images). I’ve only tried this on twice and it has had no alterations. I will include the matching tulle shawl that I was planning to use to make longer sleeves, too.
