Strapless A-line gown in ivory bought for a Summer 2013 wedding. Lace-up corset back fits a typical size 10 chest and waist but allows for slightly larger and smaller frames due to the flexibility of the lace-up corset. Mid section accentuates waistline to provide a slimmer figure without sacrificing comfort - the dress was comfortable to wear and was not too hot on the 30C day. Appliqué lace and bead embellishments along the front of the gown cascade down to the side and reach parts of the back to create a sense of asymmetry. Light ruffles along a short train offers the gown an interesting texture and silhouette which proved particularly good for photography. Bustle built into the back of the dress keeps the train lifted when required. Alternatively, this discrete loop along the bottom of the train can be held by the person wearing it.

No alterations have been made to the gown. It was dry cleaned after the wedding with no visible stains and placed in a gown bag. The dress comes with the hoop which is optional, though I found that it provided the dress with more shape.

This dress was dry cleaned for $300 so essentially you are just purchasing the cost of having a clean dress. However, the price is negotiable.
