About the Dress

High ruche waisted dress with lace top and long lace sleeves. Purchased from Light in the Box who would not accept a return. It is a Sz 16 which was indicated as my size on their sizing chart but is about 2 sizes too large for me. I am usually a size 10. I think this dress will fit someone who normally wears a 14. It could be tailored as well, but I did not have time for that.
