This striking architectural Carolina Herrera gown is the Lyla, Look 15 from the Spring 2020 Bridal Collection. I wore it to my September 2021 wedding, and I thought it looked stunning from every angle. The back cascading bow provides a lot of visual interest from the side and back. It is silk mikado, so it really holds its shape.
The dress was originally a sample. It didn't get excessively dirty, but I did walk across grass. I had it professionally cleaned immediately after the event, and there are no stains.

- I had it altered to fit my dimensions, and it is now more like a designer size 6 (US ready-to-wear size 2) than an 8
- I added a bustle, that I thought was really beautiful and made it quite easy to walk in
- I also replaced the zipper which had been damaged since this was a store sample and tried on by other customers
- The dress was in otherwise perfect condition when I bought it
