The Dress

To all you gorgeous brides to be, here is a rare opportunity to purchase quality bridal couture at a fraction of the original cost.

I have decided, somewhat regretfully, to sell my gorgeous wedding dress, custom designed by the one and only Steven Khalil. The most important reason I wish to sell the gown is because when I wore it at my recent wedding (29th November 2014), I felt nothing short of a princess and received endless compliments and I would love nothing more than to give another bride the opportunity to don this amazing dress and feel as fantastic and beautiful as I did on my special day; rather than just hide it in a box in my wardrobe.

The dress is fitted from the bodice to just underneath the hips. It is covered in sectioned off hand beaded French lace which was specially placed, and has 8 layers of tulle on the skirt to give the appearance of fullness.

The train is approximately 2 metres long, and has also been decorated with the same beads and lace to match the bodice. This dress took 10 months to perfect and is absolutely stunning.

Complementing the outfit was the veil, which was very simple due to the intricacy of the gown, and I will happily gift this to the lucky purchaser as well.

The dress is an approximate size 8, but obviously fitted to my stature which is smaller bust and fuller hips (hourglass figure). I am approximately 163cm tall and wore 4 3/4 inch heels on the day. My measurements are approximately 87cm bust, Waist 70 cm and Hips 97 cm. The dress can be re-fitted at the purchaser’s expense.

This superb dress is a steal for a Melbourne bride given that the cost excludes the many airfares and accommodation to Sydney which were an added extra when I purchased it. Interstate brides are more than welcome to enquire.

Please note the dress has been dry cleaned at leading Syndal's Bridal Dry Cleaners for $700. Receipt will be provided.
