This dress is brand new and unaltered! The dress is gorgeous, but I ended up going with a different style for my big day.
Here are the details:
-Strapless, sweetheart neckline
-Tiered handkerchief skirt with alternating layers of textured organza and tulle
-Textured organza buttons to waist
-Crystal, beaded sash at waist
-Cathedral Train

Please note - the size is actually a 00, not a 0. There was no option to list as a 00.
My measurements are:
Bust - 31
Waist - 24.5
Hips - 35.5

Fit notes: the 00 dress was too big in the bust, and a little too big in the waist on me. I would have needed to get it taken in had I decided to keep it.
