This dress is brand new and absolutely stunning! I had 2 dresses and ended up wearing the other one due to rain on my wedding day. The dress cost over $1,500 with alterations and an added 15 point bustle. I"m 5'5" and it was altered for me to wear 3.5" heels. It could definitely be shortened if need be.
