This is the most amazing dress. It is so elegant and sexy. It has a low back, scoop neck front and a train with a built in bustle. The dress is floral lace over a few layers of tulle. There are pockets!
Alterations
This dress has many layers of tulle underneath the top layer of lace. I spent almost $800 in alterations getting the height altered, breast pads put in as it's a bit see through and adjusting the straps to not fall as the dress is backless.
