“It was great to find the dress of my dreams on this app, but I tried the PayPal link 15 times and it wouldn’t go through. When I tried to do it again it just kept failing and showing the same message every time. I would’ve liked the opportunity to logout of the PayPal account and try to log into a new one but it would never give me an option and just stayed connected. I tried logging out of the app and everything and eventually I had to do PayPal directly with a customer, not connected to the app. I’d also like still white to offer some sort of protection, whether I purchased an insurance package or what that looks like I’m not sure but it’s definitely a gamble and getting a wedding dress to the mail so I am excited and also anxious. Also a few other paper payment methods would be helpful.
It was the first time this person I’ve ever use PayPal and I’m not sure if that’s why we had an issue or what it was, but it takes several days for them to get money if it’s the first time they sign up. Using other apps like Zell or Venmo or the cash app or other payment methods that protect the purchase would be really helpful as well”
