Monique Lhuillier production time is about 6-8 months, so I hope this dress comes in handy for brides who want to skip that fuss and have the dress in hand ASAP!
Monique Lhuillier Bridal Size 10, fits like a US 4/6
It was worn for 12 hours at an outdoor wedding, and is in great condition. Due to an outdoor wedding, there are bits of faint discoloration on the hem-line, but once on, it is barely noticeable. A repair was made to the lining, due to a small tear, on the inner right hem by professional tailors. The dress was also professionally dry cleaned.
It is surprisingly lightweight, and easily maneuverable. There is an organza lining, then a structured thicker organza interior that gives the dress shape.
Needs a nice steam once out of the box, so ignore any wrinkles!

Alterations
- The train was altered only 10 inches shorter in order to afford a manageable bustle, detailed in the video
- There are two bustle lengths
- No other alterations to the dress were made — the bodice and all other elements remain a true Monique Lhuillier Bridal Size 10, fits like a US 4/6
- B-cup push-up bra liners were added, but can be easily removed or replaced
- The dress is able to be altered up or down by 2-3 sizes, according to my seamstress
