Amazing Dress by Nicole Miller.
I bought this dress off the lady wearing dress in pics- its too small for me :( absolutely devastated. She eloped in bali and only wore the dress for a few hours. the dress is dry cleaned and comes with the swarovski crystal belt. (AMAZING)! The dress doesn't have to be worn with the belt though. the owner never had measurements and i risked buying it hoping it would fit but definitely doesn't.

This is a Corset-inspired seaming shapes the fitted bodice of an elegant gown fashioned with a sweetheart neckline and dramatically flared hem. The floor-sweeping train provides for a perfect showstopping exit.
Back zip with interior triple hook-and-eye closure.
Tulle crinoline beneath hem for fullness.
Fully lined, with padded cups boning and built-in corset.
68% cotton, 32% silk.
Dry cleaned.
